SOLO CELLO
STRINGS SETS THE TONE
When your guests arrive to the venue, remember the first music they will hear is the strings group, and the strings ensemble sets the tone. Most of our clients pick either a String Quartet or String Trio, depending on the guest count and budget.
AMPLIFICATION
Outdoor events will benefit by having the string ensemble be amplified. If it’s windy or the event takes place in a large field, like Middleton Place or Magnolia Plantation as a couple of examples, then having the group amplified will make sure guests can hear everything.
CUSTOM SONG ARRANGEMENTS
The media below is just a sample of what’s in our repertoire. If there isn’t a song on our complete list, we arrange songs for our clients all the time!
SOLO CELLO
When a cello plays the melody compared to a violin, the sound typically carries a deeper, richer quality. The cello’s lower register lends a warm and resonant tone to the melody, often adding a sense of depth and gravitas to the music. Daniel Mumm, performing in the video below, is a cellist in the Charleston Symphony and Hilton Head Symphony.
